Where are Aggie supplements made?

All Aggie supplements are developed and manufactured in New Zealand, in collaboration with leading PhD nutritionists
and female health specialists.

Do Aggie products contain allergens?

Aggie products are blended in a facility that handles dairy, gluten, nuts, soy, eggs, and fish. Trace elements may be present. Please check individual product ingredient lists if you have specific allergies.

Are Aggie supplements tested for safety?

All formulations are developed with clinical evidence, using ingredients selected for both their safety profile and efficacy. Our formulations are reviewed by PhD nutritionists and medical advisors.

What is free shipping threshold for NZ and AU?

Are Aggie products vegan?

Morning Relief and Cycle Relief do not contain animal-derived ingredients in the active formula. However, they are produced in a facility that handles allergens. Please review the full ingredient list on each product page.

Morning Relief

Is Morning Relief safe during all trimesters of pregnancy?

Yes. Morning Relief has been formulated to be pregnancy-safe across all trimesters and through labour and breastfeeding. All ingredients, including Ginfort® ginger extract, vitamin B6 (P5P), and electrolytes, are selected for their safety and efficacy in pregnancy. If you have any concerns, consult your GP, midwife or LMC.

How quickly does Morning Relief work?

Many customers notice a reduction in nausea within 10–15 minutes of their first serving. For best results, use Morning
Relief consistently, up to 3 servings per day, as part of your daily routine.

Individual results vary depending on the severity of symptoms. If your symptoms persist, or worsen, consult medical advice. You deserve support.

Can I take Morning Relief with my prenatal supplements?

Yes. Morning Relief is designed to complement your prenatal supplement routine and does not replace a balanced diet or prenatal vitamins. If you are taking prescription medication for nausea (such as ondansetron), consult your doctor or midwife before adding any new supplement.

What is Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) and can Morning Relief help?

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is a severe form of morning sickness affecting approximately 1–3% of pregnancies, characterised by persistent nausea, vomiting, dehydration, and weight loss. Morning Relief is formulated to support the symptoms of both standard morning sickness and HG, including nausea, vomiting, and hydration. Women with HG should also seek medical advice. You deserve a supported pregnancy.

What does Ginfort® ginger extract do?

Ginfort® is a patented, standardised ginger extract with a high concentration of active gingerols, the compounds responsible for ginger's anti-nausea effects. Clinical research supports the use of gingerols to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. Ginfort® provides a consistent, safe dose compared to whole ginger or generic ginger extracts.

How do I use Morning Relief?

Stir one rounded tablespoon (12g) into 200ml of water or sparkling water. Stir until dissolved and enjoy. Use up to 3 times per day. Each tub contains 20 serves.

Cycle Relief

What does Cycle Relief do for period pain?

Cycle Relief is formulated to support comfort during your monthly cycle, targeting PMS-related cramping, muscle tension, nausea, and emotional sensitivity. It contains magnesium bisglycinate (which supports muscle relaxation), Ginfort® ginger (for nausea and cramp comfort), bio-active vitamin B6 (for hormone metabolism and mood support), and electrolytes.

Is Cycle Relief safe to use every month?

Yes. Cycle Relief is formulated for regular monthly use. Its ingredients, including magnesium bisglycinate and vitamin B6, are safe for daily supplementation at the levels provided. Use as directed and consult your doctor if symptoms are severe or worsening. You deserve support.

Can I use Cycle Relief if I have endometriosis?

Cycle Relief has been used by customers with endometriosis to help manage cramping and nausea symptoms. It is not a treatment for endometriosis, but the anti-inflammatory and muscle-relaxing properties of its ingredients may help maintain comfort. Always work with your specialist for endometriosis management.

Is Cycle Relief safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No. Cycle Relief is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For pregnancy support, please see our Morning Relief range.

When should I start taking Cycle Relief each cycle?

For best results, start taking Cycle Relief 1–2 days before your period is expected to begin and continue through the first 2–3 days of your cycle when symptoms are typically most intense. You can continue use throughout your cycle if needed.

What is magnesium bisglycinate and why is it in Cycle Relief?

Magnesium bisglycinate is a highly absorbable, gentle form of magnesium that is easier on the stomach than other magnesium forms such as magnesium oxide. Magnesium plays a key role in muscle function, nervous system regulation, and reducing cramping. The bisglycinate form ensures efficient absorption and daily tolerability.
